Limited Warranty
At Blacklyte, we are committed to providing high-quality gaming chairs designed to offer a premium experience. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for Blacklyte chairs purchased directly from Blacklyte or our authorized distributors.
This warranty is valid only for products purchased and used in the country of purchase. It does not override your statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
What Our Warranty Covers:
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. We will repair or replace defective parts at no charge during the warranty period. If a replacement is required, it may be new or refurbished, depending on availability. The warranty does not cover labor costs for assembly or disassembly.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
To submit a claim, contact us at support@goblacklyte.com with the following information:
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of discovering the defect. Upon approval, we will ship replacement parts within 10 business days. If required, we may request the return of defective parts, and return shipping costs will be covered by Blacklyte.
Limitation on Transferability:
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If the product is transferred to another owner, it is considered sold "as is," and the warranty is void.

In addition to the warranty, Blacklyte offers lifetime technical support for all gaming chairs. Contact our support team for assistance with assembly, maintenance, and product care.
